US, UK and German Kids Privacy Rules Compared

We have written regular reports on the developments in kids privacy rules around the world since this is certainly one of the most significant areas to focus on for those in the digital space. In this linked comparison table, we bring together the key parts of the UK's Age Appropriate Design Code, US COPPA and German JMStV so you can see how they square up (or don't) against each other.

We will be updating this table further over the coming months. In the meantime, you can also read and link through to our longer pieces on the Kids Online Safety Act and EU/UK platform liability comparison table and UK AADC.
