Craig is an experienced E-Discovery Associate who uses his background in law, business, and technology to effectively manage discovery in individual cases, multidistrict litigation, antitrust matters, internal investigations and government investigations.
In his role as a senior member of the Records & E-Discovery group, Craig has supervised, developed, and implemented comprehensive review workflows, coordinated and managed large-scale productions, and prepared privilege logs and witness preparation materials.
He helps clients reduce costs by leveraging various litigation support software tools to efficiently perform responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality, and key issue reviews.
Craig consults with the firm’s litigation case teams to devise matter-specific legal strategy and prepare for key witness interviews, depositions, and trial by presenting discovery-related findings on pertinent issues. Serving as liaison between case teams and review teams, Craig ensures that review teams are properly trained on the unique issues of a specific matter, and that they receive the information required to conduct their work efficiently and accurately.
Additionally, Craig has prepared materials for business development presentations and proposals, and researched, developed, and presented materials for discovery-focused Continuing Legal Education programs.
