Greg’s practice focuses on defending product manufacturers in commercial and product liability disputes. Over the years, Greg has successfully defended manufacturers of aviation, commercial, industrial, chemical, recreational, and automotive products in complex and high value matters, whether it be a contract dispute or a claim stemming from a product allegedly causing injury. He has extensive experience in cases involving catastrophic injuries such as brain injuries, electrocution, amputation, and burns. He has also successfully handled numerous wrongful death cases in various courts across the country. In addition to his active litigation practice, Greg provides close counseling and guidance to his clients. Oftentimes, this requires a review of current commercial contracts, strategic actions to transfer risk, and an assessment of applicable regulatory compliance. Greg enjoys building relationships and partnering with his clients, by learning their business and knowing their people.
