Will is an associate within the Transportation Industry Group, with a broad range of experience in relation to shipping, logistics and sanctions. He has supported clients on a wide range of contentious shipping matters, including bill of lading, charterparty, international sale of goods, ship-management and ship-finance disputes, both in the English High Court and at arbitration. Will is a member of the Reed Smith sanctions team, with extensive experience advising insurers, owners, charterers, brokers and traders in relation to EU and UK sanctions issues. Further, Will has assisted leading operators within the logistics space, advising on multi-modal liability regimes and drafting relevant framework contracts.
