Top Tips for 2024: Kid’s Privacy and Online Safety

2023 was another year packed of regulatory developments and enforcement action around children’s privacy and online safety in the UK, and protecting children will continue to be a hot topic in 2024 as the Online Safety Act (OSA) comes into force and scrutiny from the Information Commissioner’s Office and Ofcom ramps up.
