The long road to digitisation starts with small steps using the stepping stones already created to help one along that path. I am glad to see the MLETR changes made to Singapore's Electronic Transactions Act being applied to the real world. A small digital file but surely a giant leap for cross border trade. Now over to industry-wide and economy-wide adoption next.
